Snacks

I've started doing these things called exercise snacks and I'm really enjoying the idea of it. Throughout my day when I feel my body is getting stagnant I'll get up and have myself a snack… An exercise snack. I'll spend like 15 minutes warming up different muscles by doing a few reps of different moves that I used to do everyday in the morning. Now I just spread my strengthening workout through the day and I'm loving it. I'm grateful for snacking.
