I’m grateful that I can move my body 🙂

I often focus on me not being able to do a certain move during my workout, not having as much stamina compared to the instructor, or the fact that I am not seeing the physical results.

Today, I completed two workouts and was reminded that there are so many people wishing they could “fail” a workout because that would mean they could actually do one.

I am so grateful for what my body can do, even for the small things it does. I will start focusing on the benefits of the process instead of the results! 💗
