I made it through today via /r/gratitude

I wasn't great. I cried a lot. But I didn't hurt myself and I talked to three people and supported someone at their concert. The concert was unexpectedly the best part of today.

I'm thankful so many people care enough for me to check in on me and make sure I'm okay.
