I get to choose love. via /r/gratitude

I always thought love was a feeling. You either felt love or you didn't. I learned that love can be a choice as well.

Grateful for:

I get to choose love.
I get to choose self-love over self-hate.
I get to choose compassion over indifference or judgement.
I get to choose patience over impatience, tolerance over intolerance.
I get to choose understanding over contempt.
I get to choose love over fear.
I get to love others the way God loves me.
