Grateful to breathe via /r/gratitude

I had to attend a work function out of state. Found out 8 people came down with covid out of 17. When I flew back home I I felt AWFIL!!!

I thought resting and staying hydrated would help. By Sunday,my husband thought I was getting worse and urged me to go to urgent care. I'm so thankful I listened to his advice. I was treated for pneumonia!

Never had pneumonia before. I'm so thankful for my husband's support and my mom support for taking great care of me.

I'm thankful for a great manager who.is caring and giving plenty of time to recover.

I'm thankful for my dog who stays by my side as I have periods of fatigue. He sleeps right by my head this special yorkie.

I'm thankful I can breathe and talk now. I am so grateful and thankful to God🙏
