grateful for this life via /r/gratitude

i am so incredibly grateful for this life, this universe, this realm. i am so grateful to exist on this planet at the same time as everyone. i am grateful for the air i breathe, the water i drink, and the food i eat. i am so so SO grateful to feel the sun on my skin (have you ever soaked up some sun?! if you havent, just try it once — your body will thank you)

i am grateful to be able to physically move my body. grateful to work from home. grateful to have enough money to own a standing desk so that i can freely move my body during work. grateful for the love that surrounds me!
