Grateful for Blueberries

They’re so yummy and you can have as many as you want without worrying about calories! They’re filled with antioxidants, flavonoids, fiber, and water. I always feel good after I’ve had a bunch of blueberries! And I just discovered they’re a great food to eat if you’re currently experiencing acid reflux, as I was a little bit ago!
