i am so incredibly grateful for the life i lived in 2024

from spending time with my loves ones to traveling the world to doing yoga on the beach, i am so grateful for each day that has passed

i am so grateful for another 365 days of sobriety

grateful i got to explore mexico city SOLO (i miss it so much)

grateful for the times that i got sick and had to slow down — grateful for all the times that i have put myself first and RELAXED

grateful for all the walks i have taken

grateful for all the animals i got to take care of!!

grateful for all the concerts and festivals i danced my ass off at

grateful for the sunrises and the sunsets

grateful for the air i breathe

grateful for the sun on my skin

grateful to have a community that understands the importance of gratitude

grateful to be starting off my 2025 strong with my YTT

grateful to myself for living my life — for staying alive — for accepting i live a life worth living
